This session will explore the principals of insurance section from the upcoming ALARM back to basic insurance manual, followed by an interactive thought provoking quiz style session, challenging delegates knowledge and understanding of the different insurance policies commonly procured by organisations.

Effective contract management from creation to execution will help maximise operational and financial performance whilst minimising risk. Zurich Municipal will look at a risk based approach to contract management and discuss key risk control activities that should be in place for organisations looking to achieve best practice. They will work through some examples of what happens when it all goes wrong and what can be learnt for the future.
