Jake Hernandez, a crisis management expert from Gallagher, will explain 'Black Swan Events', give previous examples and highlight how these should form part of an organisations risk planning process and be incorporated into crisis management and business continuity strategies. Jake will also consider what events are likely, particularly those connected with the rapid pace of technological change

This session will focus around the issues of subsidence risks and claims, a growing area of concern following the unusually hot summer of 2018.  It will also include consideration of the evidential issues that arise in this relatively complex area.

A session focussing on the different types of cyber claims and how an insurance policy would respond to such claims.
