Alex heads up the Contract Due Diligence practice at Gallagher. The team is dedicated to supporting our clients in the treatment of insurance in contracts and procurements they enter into. Alex has advised on a wide range of procurement projects and possess a thorough understanding of the majority of commercial contracts in circulation including: construction, infrastructure, PPP/PFI, and the outsourcing of service contracts. Alex has circa 20 years’ experience in the insurance industry and joined Gallagher in early 2021.

Chris Sullivan

Director - Contract Due Dilligance Practice, Gallagher

Chris has over 37 years’ industry experience. During that time, Chris has carried out a number of underwriting and technical insurance roles. For the past 15 years Chris has specialised in providing insurance support to central and local government departments on various social, infrastructure and outsourcing projects including PFI/PPP contracts. He has in depth knowledge of all areas of insurance, risk transfer and due diligence services.
