Dr. Juan Carlos Araiza serves as the Senior Vice President at EFI Global, Inc., bringing over 25 years of expertise in forensic structural engineering to the firm. His extensive professional background encompasses failure investigations across a diverse range of structures, including buildings, stadiums, bridges, roadways, water, and power facilities throughout the United States, South America, Europe, and Asia. Dr. Araiza's work is distinguished by his proficiency in complex forensic investigations, particularly those involving structural dynamics and advanced finite element analysis.

Leanne Brumby

Leanne has 9 years’ experience working in the environmental sector, including brownfield and insurance environmental consulting, contaminated land assessment, pollution response and remediation contracting. Her expertise encompasses site investigations, monitoring, contamination remediation and validation.

Undertaking projects from phase I desktop reporting to phase II field assessments. Additionally, Leanne has knowledge of various techniques of sampling of soil, water and gas mediums depending on the contaminant.

Leanne joined EFI Global in August 2020 having served the brownfield consultancy sector for four years, moving back to the insurance sector covering the north of England for nationwide spill response and clean-up. Leanne is currently leading the team for commercial and large-scale losses.
