Jill Jones

Head of Housing, Gallagher

Jill joined Gallagher’s specialist Social Housing division as an Account Director in 2019 and has since held a variety of different roles. Most recently she was appointed as Head of Housing where she has the responsibility for leading on growth strategy and proposition, client service excellence, operational performance, plus conduct, governance and compliance. Jill brings over 15 years of senior experience from across the Housing Sector, having served in both Director and Head of Service positions. Before Gallagher, Jill also worked as a sector consultant, supporting organisations with complex risk and governance challenges.
