Chris will facilitate a presentation and discussion on the risk-based approaches used in Domestic Abuse Related Death Reviews. These reviews seek to reduce the likelihood of further domestic abuse related deaths. This will be a confronting session, so please do consider this prior to attendance.
Chris has worked in risk management roles for 18 years, predominantly within the criminal justice system, and the last four years within higher education.
Chris Griffin is the Director of Organisational Risk and Resilience for the University of Southampton. Concurrently, he is also an Independent Domestic Abuse Related Death Review Chair and Author and a Specialist Forensic Risk Assessor for sexual harm, domestic abuse, and partner vulnerability.
