A balanced and pragmatic assessment of how AI is changing the claims landscape, and what risk managers, insurers and litigators should be doing now, to stay ahead. Where is AI delivering genuine value in claims review and assessment? What are the emerging risks? What are the legal and evidential challenges posed by claimant use of AI? The aim of this session is to provide delegates with a practical understanding of how AI can strengthen claims management and defence strategies, while recognising and mitigating the new risks created by claimant adoption of the same technology.
