Adam will provide a brief recap on the Heathrow Airport power outage incident to explain to delegates what happened and outline its impacts.
He will then discuss the response by those involved, picking out any positives highlighted, as well as things that didn’t work as planned or go well.
Any key learnings and recommendations coming out of the incident and any associated inquiries or reviews will also be on the radar, allowing for some questions or thoughts from the delegates in terms of how resilient they believe their organisations are to power outages.
