Jamie will provide an update for defendants two years on from the introduction of the new fixed recoverable costs regime.
Jamie has been handling a wide range of claims for local authorities and insurers for the last 15 years. For local authority clients, he focuses on fast and multi-track personal injury claims (highways, motor and EL/PL), including claims involving schools. He also handles high-value property damage claims involving flooding from or on the public highway.
Jamie has developed a specialism in costs and advises clients on fixed costs, budgeting and costs assessments. He has provided costs training to a number of local authority clients.
