Hamish is a Principal Consultant in Aon’s Risk Finance & Captive Consulting practice, providing advice to clients on all aspects of risk finance, retention, captive optimisation. Hamish has worked for both insurers and brokers and latterly he spent 5 years with Aon in Guernsey managing large corporate captives and risk transformation vehicles across a breadth of industries and specialisms. Hamish has sat on multiple underwriting and claims committees, providing strategic and underwriting leadership to clients in a broad range of industries, and has also represented the Guernsey International Insurance Association at risk management and captive conferences globally.
