Jacqui is a solicitor and Director within DWF's specialist public sector team and has responsibility for the management of a variety of accounts. Jacqui has considerable experience across all EL/PL claims, including across various disease lines, having worked in the sector for in excess of 15 years. She has developed a particular specialism for dealing with EL/PL claims for public sector clients, along with fraudulent claims and claims for noise induced hearing loss, including both historic claims against large automotive manufacturers and novel claims for exposure to radio transmissions and firearms noise against the police.
Jacqui enjoys dealing with a wide variety of claims, ranging from modest value but potentially impactful claims through to those of the utmost complexity and value.

Ellie has over 15 years experience gained exclusively from working in Tier 1 Legal 500 defendant firms. Ellie is frequently instructed to provide technical and tactical advice to insurers, local authority and public sector clients, and large private firms and businesses.
Ellie has a particular specialism in dealing with occupational disease claims including NIHL, HAVS and vibration-induced CTS along with WRULD, RSI, cumulative back injury, occupational asthma and dermatitis. She has extensive experience of multi-defendant claims, complex liability and causation disputes, and limitation defences.
Ellie is also frequently instructed to provide technical and tactical advice on claims, including EL/PL personal injury claims ranging from slips/trips, manual handling, work equipment and highways claims, to more complex matters including technical unit training injuries, minor claims, and public liability claims. Ellie is regularly instructed by Clients to handle complex and high-value claims, particularly where there are significant causation or medical issues.
