Ini is a multiple award-winning academic in risk management. Recognised in 2021 as one of the Top 100 Risk Management Influencers by Onalytica and honoured with two Alarm awards, she has authored two books on risk management, one co-authored and one solo-authored, along with peer-reviewed journal articles. Ini’s research spans risk governance and social justice across public and third sectors, where she conducts strategic assessments to enhance decision-making and drive positive societal outcomes.
