2.30pm – 3.30pm GMT, 3 March 2026 ‐ 1 hour

Room: Buckingham Suite

Session

Responding to a data breach can be a stressful situation, where decisions made throughout the process can have significant ramifications further down the line.

In this session we’ll be looking at organisations’ obligations and considerations in the wake of a data incident, along with the important factors which may steer the decision making process. Drawing on a range of examples, Joel will look to provide relevant and practical guidance on what steps you need to take to navigate the situation should the worst happen.
