Session
This facilitated session, led by Claire Grant from UNIAC, will explore the key building blocks of an effective strategic risk register, including risk articulation, impact assessment, the use of data and risk indicators, the role of risk appetite and risk culture. The governance and oversight arrangements that support effective strategic risk management will also be considered. Participants will be invited to share experiences and insights to help shape the development of future guidance for the sector.
