James is a Senior Partner and the Head of Higher Education at consultancy firm Counterculture. In this session, James will take us through the causes and impacts of the enormous amount of volatility in the higher education system. In doing so, he will give practical advice on how to find stability, and how to prepare for a new normal. James will provide delegates with policy advice as well as practical tools to take back to their institution.
