In this session, Kathryn will provide an overview of the introduction of the Worker Protection (Amendment of Equality Act 2010) Act 2023 which came into force on 27 October 2024 which mandates employers to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace and recent developments in this area. Kathryn is a Partner at Kennedys in the Specialist Risks Team, who specialises in a broad cross section of sensitive large value claims and regularly advises on claims under the Equalities Act 2010, discrimination claims including sexual assault claims and breaches of the Human Rights Act 1998.
