A reprise of DWF's ever popular interactive claims game. This year we are returning to the main source of claims arising against local authorities in respect of highways liabilities. New claims are being brought in this space for less usual uses of the highway through electric vehicles and we will examine the use of AI in the highways space. As ever there will be winners and losers but it is expected that every delegate will take away some usual pointers to defending highway claims, and have a bit of fun and meet other delegates along the way.
