Gemma is a Partner in the commercial team and has significant experience in the areas of governance, procurement and data protection from her time working in both the private and public sector.
Having begun her career in private practice and then working in-house for a local authority for 10 years, Gemma is a 'Public Sector' and education expert with vast knowledge and experience in a wide range of areas.
She regularly advises on complex matters relating to the public sector including procurement, governance, education, contracts and information law and is a vital contributor to a dedicated team, known for their prominent profile as leaders in education and the public sector.
David is a Partner in the Insurance department at Forbes and deals with all types of high-value Civil disputes, specialising in the construction and sports sectors. He has over 20 years' of experience in all aspects of Personal Injury law and defends private and public bodies in complex and high value damages claims and inquests. He also advises NGB's, Sports Authorities, and private and public listed companies in media, communications and reputation management matters, such as defamation, MPI, breach of confidence and competition law.
