Cynthia is Lead Partner of Keoghs Specialist Public Sector Casualty team. Throughout her career Cynthia has worked in bespoke teams defending a wide spectrum of civil claims brought against public bodies, mainly local authorities and the police. Her civil claims experience includes personal injury, Human Rights Act, Equality Act, abuse, claims against social services departments and schools, misfeasance and claims for assault, wrongful arrest or detention and malicious prosecution brought against the police.
