Karen leads on membership retention and recruitment.

Wither over 25 years' experience, Peter is a specialist in enterprise risk, information risk, data protection and insurance. He is Head of Risk and Information Governance and Hampshire County Council. Peter is responsible for the governance of ALARM, including chairing the AGM, managing the Articles of Association, and organisational policies and procedures.

Chris has experience of working in housing, private sector insurance and is currently the Head of Risk Management at Durham University. Chris is responsible for the management of ALARM's finances and also leads the ALARM Higher & Further Education Group.

Jane is Risk & Business Continuity Team Leader at Shropshire Council where she develops and delivers all risk management training and is responsible for the opportunity risk management strategy and business continuity planning. Jane is Chair of the ALARM Midlands Group and the ALARM Local & Central Government Group, and assists with the strategic development and delivery of benefits and outputs.
