Exhibition build up & opening times

 

Exhibitors & catering

Names of exhibitors are required prior to the event to ensure name badges are printed. Badges must be worn at ALL times.

Full catering facilities will be available during the exhibition opening hours. Lunch is limited to two persons per stand per day. If you require additional exhibitor passes, please contact the ALARM Office. Admission will not be granted to those without a badge.

Accommodation

Delegates and Exhibitors are responsible for booking their own accommodation direct with the hotel.

Stirling Court Hotel

There are limited rooms available at The Stirling Court Hotel, please contact the hotel direct to book.  Rooms are £125 for single occupancy, or £165 for double occupancy, per night (dinner, bed and breakfast*). Visit the booking site, enter the dates required and code 326958.

*Delegates and exhibitors attending the dinner on Sunday and Monday nights must book the dinner, bed and breakfast tariff.

Dinner & networking

If you wish to join us on the Sunday and/or Monday for dinner, please ensure that you have booked dinner, bed and breakfast at the Stirling Court Hotel. There will be an informal dinner on Sunday night. On Monday night, pre-dinner drinks will be hosted by RMP. Following dinner, there will be a quiz hosted by Kennedys .

Wi-Fi

The University of Stirling provides free Wi-Fi. Follow these steps to get connected. 

1. Connect to ‘UoS Guest Wi-Fi’. 

2. Open your web browser 

3. Follow the on-screen instructions. 

App

The Conference will be supported by an event app.  All exhibitors will be listed in the Conference app, and all attendees will have access. Further information about the app will be sent in January.

All information contained in the ALARM app is strictly for use at the Conference only. You do not have permission to save or use delegate contact information for any other purpose.  

Session attendance

Exhibitors are permitted to attend the plenary sessions at the Conference, but please ensure your stand is manned during all delegate breaks.
