Stand information Scotland conference

All stands must be set up and manned, ready for the exhibition opening by 8:30am on Monday morning. Please ensure your stand is set up in your allocated space. There will be a sign placed on each stand with your company name. 

Stand space is approximately 2m x 1m and more suitable to one pull-up banner only. You will be provided with a table (1.5m x 0.6m), two chairs and a tablecloth.  

Please note that the exhibition hall will not be locked, and it is recommended valuables are not left on your stand overnight. Neither ALARM nor the hotel can accept responsibility for damage or loss to property.

Monday 8 November  09:00 – 15:30  

Tuesday 10 November 09:00 – 14:30  

Exhibition break down  
Tuesday 10 November 15:00  

All exhibitors must exhibit for the duration of the event and for health & safety reasons must not attempt to breakdown or remove items until the exhibition has closed on the last day and all delegates have left the hall.
