Alison leads Aon’s Public Sector Practice, providing insurance and risk solutions to clients across the whole of the public sector. Alison has spent most of her career focusing on public sector risk, with 12 years spent working for local authorities, before becoming a public sector specialist insurance broker over 20 years ago. During her career, Alison has worked with client across all segments across the sector including local authorities, police and fire, NHS, universities, and central government agencies and departments.

Antoinette Swift

Antoinette leads Aon’s M&A practice in the mid‑market across the North of England, supporting both private equity and corporate clients. She is responsible for the delivery of Aon’s M&A advisory services throughout the deal lifecycle, helping clients identify, assess and manage risk and insurance issues arising from their transactions.

Antoinette joined Aon in April 2021, having previously led JLT’s M&A regional practice in the North since 2017, with a particular focus on mid‑market deals. She began her career with Bain Clarkson (an Aon company) and brings over 25 years’ experience advising clients on risk and insurance in the context of mergers, acquisitions and disposals.
