Nathalie Jacoby-Danesh

Nathalie Jacoby-Danesh (19 PQE) is a partner in the education team and Head of Charities and Not-for-Profits at Browne Jacobson. She has advised higher education institutions for 20+ years on charity law and trust matters, constitutional, governance and regulatory issues.
Nathalie was identified as a “Rising Star” by Legal 500 and rated by her clients as “intelligent, astute and very experienced in all commercial matters” and because she “combines a top-quality legal mind with extraordinary client support to handle corporate, governance and regulatory matters.”
Prior to joining Browne Jacobson as a partner in April 2023, Nathalie worked at Mills & Reeve, Eversheds and trained at Clifford Chance-Luxembourg. Nathalie was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar Association as an “avocat à la Cour” in 2005 before qualifying as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2007. She is fluent in English, French, German and Luxembourgish. She gained a LL.M. from the University of Cambridge in 2003 and a master’s degree in law from the University of Strasbourg in 2002. Nathalie is a member of the Charity Law Association.
