Law, legislation and legalese can be daunting to the most experienced practitioner. Perry is taking things back to basics and will provide an overview of the different types of UK courts including the role of tribunals and coroner's court. He will explore the roles of solicitors and barristers, how appeals work, and the inner workings of law firms. This is a great session for anyone new in their role or those keen to understand more about the UK legal system.
Perry is a partner at DWF who specialises in high value claims against the public sector. He is an ALARM Board Director and also sits as a Deputy District Judge.
