Dave will explain the top five ways to prevent and detect this potentially expensive and damaging type of fraud. Dave has recently authored/contributed to Principles of Procurement Fraud Prevention whitepaper, which covers important aspects of how to establish a real anti-fraud culture, due diligence essentials, social engineering defence, how to leverage information technology and proactive practice in procurement fraud investigations. He will give a high-level summary of the whitepaper which will be shared will delegates after the session.
