A regular speaker at events, he brings extensive knowledge of risk management, assurance and business continuity. His practical approach helps organisations embed proportionate, value-adding practices that support strategic decision-making and improve performance.

Harvin Kaur

Graduate Trainee Risk Consultant, Zurich Municipal

Harvin has joined Zurich Resilience Solutions for a six month business graduate rotation, having previously completed rotations in global property Underwriting in the London market and claims proposition and market insights. Prior to joining Zurich, Harvin completed a placement year at Enterprise Rent-a-Car and an eight-week internship at HSBC, leading a project on cost efficiencies for the mortgage teams. Harvin graduated from Aston University in 2020 with a First Class Honours Degree in BSc Business & Management, and is currently working towards achieving her Diploma CII.
