Exhibitors & catering

Names of exhibitors are required prior to the event to ensure name badges are printed. Badges must be worn at ALL times.

Full catering facilities will be available during the exhibition opening hours. Lunch is limited to two persons per stand per day. If you require additional exhibitor passes, please contact the ALARM Office. Admission will not be granted to those without a badge.

Accommodation

Hotel accommodation must be booked directly with the hotel. ALARM has secured a discounted rate at the Delta Marriott Hotel exclusively for ALARM delegates and exhibitors. This is available for a limited time only, so we advise booking soon to secure the rate.

Delta Hotels Heathrow Windsor

Exhibitors can book dinner, bed and breakfast accommodation at the Delta Hotels Heathrow Windsor for £150 per night for single occupancy, this also includes parking. This rate is available until Monday 2 February 2026, so we advise booking soon to secure the rate.

BOOK DINNER, BED & BREAKFAST

Exhibitors attending the dinner on Sunday and Monday nights must book the dinner, bed and breakfast tariff.

Exhibitors are responsible for booking their own accommodation. ALARM cannot book accommodation for delegates. 

Dinner & networking

If you wish to join us on the Sunday and/or Monday for dinner, please ensure that you have booked dinner, bed and breakfast at the Delta Marriott Hotel. There will be an informal dinner on Sunday night, followed by a quiz hosted by Zurich Municipal. On Monday night, following dinner, there will be a disco in the Buckingham Suite.

Evening: Casual

The Conference will be supported by an event app. Exhibitor entries will be available within the app.

All exhibitors will be listed in the Conference app, and all attendees will have access. Further information about the app will be sent in January.

Session attendance

Exhibitors are permitted to attend the plenary sessions at the Conference, but please ensure your stand is manned during all delegate breaks.
