Deliveries

The Delta Marriott Hotel will only accept packages two to three days prior to the event. Please ensure all packages are addressed to:

Collection

Items to be returned must be collected within 48 hours of the event. We cannot guarantee that packages left after this time will be retained by the venue. All packages must have a full return address and contact details attached. Packages without these details cannot be handed to couriers.

Duration & breakdown

All exhibitors must exhibit for the duration of the event and for health & safety reasons must not attempt to breakdown or remove items until the exhibition has closed on the last day and all delegates have left the hall. Breakdown will commence at 15:30 on Tuesday 3 March.

Insurance & risk assessments

While ALARM take every precaution to protect your property during the Exhibition, we are not responsible for any loss or damage. Exhibitors are responsible for insuring against any legal liability incurred in respect of injury or damage to property belonging to third-parties. In addition to this, you should protect your expenditures against abandonment and cancellation, or curtailment of the event.

Please complete and return the risk assessment and provide written evidence of insurance relevant to your participation in this event.

Loose packaging & storage

Loose packaging must be removed once stands have been assembled. Excess stock, literature and packing cases must not cause a trip hazard or obstruction.

The Conference will be supported by an event app. Exhibitor entries will be available within the app.
