Stand information south conference

All stands must be set up and manned, ready for the exhibition opening on Monday morning. Please ensure your stand is set up in your allocated space on the exhibition hall map.

Stand space is approximately 2m x 1m and suitable for pull up banners. You will be provided with a table, two chairs and a tablecloth.

The exhibition hall will not be locked, and we advise that valuables are not left on your stand overnight. ALARM and the Delta Marriott cannot accept responsibility for damage or loss of property.

Breakdown of stands is not permitted before the end of the final plenary session, and until delegates are clear of the exhibition hall.
