Stand information south conference

All stands must be set up and manned, ready for the exhibition opening by 8:30am on Monday morning. Please ensure your stand is set up in your allocated space. 

All exhibitors must exhibit for the duration of the event and for health & safety reasons must not attempt to breakdown or remove items until the exhibition has closed on the last day and all delegates have left the hall.

Stand space is tabletop (approximately 4ft wide) and suitable for pull up banners. You will be provided with a table, two chairs and tablecloth. The floorplan is available for download here.

The exhibition hall will not be locked, and we advise that valuables are not left on your stand overnight. ALARM and the Delta Marriott cannot accept responsibility for damage or loss of property.

Breakdown is not permitted before the end of the final plenary session, and until delegates are clear of the exhibition hall. Breakdown will commence at 15:30 on Tuesday 3 March.
