Risk workshops are an important tool in a risk manager’s tool kit.
Risk workshops have many uses including: risk identification, risk evaluation and developing actions and controls for existing risks. They can be used in programme/project management as well as business planning, new service initiatives etc.
It is essential that to get the best out of a risk workshop and to add value for the organisation, they need to be well planned, effectively delivered and achieve their original objectives.
Paul and Corrina will take delegates through each stage of a risk workshop to provide an overview of what is required to deliver an excellent risk workshop.
