Benji Avro

Cyber Client Director, Aon

Benji is a Cyber Client Director in the Aon Cyber Solutions team and has been with Aon for over five years. During the time at Aon, Benji has held varies roles across the cyber team including managing Aon’s cyber assessment tool across the UK and EMEA, as well as working with a variation of client stakeholders to assess client risk management and create the right strategy to achieve Cyber resilience across insurance and cyber consulting. Projects and clients collaborated with include tech, telecoms, education and retail industries as well as the regions of the UK and EMEA. Benji holds in certificate in Information Security Management Principles and is currently studying for her CII.

James Iles

Area Director

With over 17 years of experience in the insurance industry, James began his career at a composite insurance company before joining Risk Management Partners in 2011. He has developed significant expertise in the public sector, having previously underwritten Liability, Financial Lines and Motor business for a wide range of clients. James now manages a portfolio of clients, primarily in the South East of England. His comprehensive knowledge of the general and public sector insurance markets, combined with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by public sector organisations, enables him to deliver tailored insurance solutions to meet the unique needs of both the public and higher education sectors.

James is leading RMP’s Local Government Reorganisation strategy and response to the changes and challenges facing the Public Sector over the coming years as a result of LGR.

Kirsteen Kett is a Public Sector Client Director with over ten years in the sector as both client and broker. Kirsteen works closely with local authority clients to provide expertise on risks being faced in the sector including financial and cyber risks. Kirsteen has worked in both the local authority and blue light arena as a client and understands the pressures on authorities to provide the best service to local residents whilst ensuring the public purse is protected.
