Exhibition build up & opening times

 

Exhibitors & catering

Lunch and refreshments will be available during exhibition opening hours, and are provided as part of your exhibition package, but limited to four people per 3m stand and two people per 2m stand.

You will be provided with lanyards for badges equal to the number of exhibitor passes allocated to your stand. Exhibitors must share their lanyard with the next person manning the stand before leaving the venue.

Additional exhibitor passes can be purchased if required at £50+VAT per person per day. Contact ALARM no later than Friday 30 May if you wish to purchase additional exhibitor passes. 

Please provide the names of all exhibitors manning your stand no later than Friday 30 May.

Wi-Fi

The Cloud is accessible for free at the University.

App

The event will be supported by the ALARM app. Each exhibitor will be profiled in the app, and will be able to submit resources to be added to their profile. Complete your company profile by Friday 9 May. 

All information contained in the ALARM app is strictly for us at the Conference only. You do not have permission to save or use the information for any other purpose.  

Attendance at the Conference & Risk Awards

Exhibitor passes include access to plenary sessions but do not permit access to workshops or the Risk Awards dinner. To access workshops, you will need to purchase a delegate pass or utilise a delegate pass included in your Conference sponsorship package. To attend the Risk Awards dinner, you will need to book and purchase a dinner ticket for £125 +VAT or utilise a dinner ticket included in your Conference sponsorship package.
