Starting the educational day, Francesca O'Neil at Deka Chambers and Tony Cawley at Clyde & Co LLP, will explore the root causes of imposter syndrome and its impact on personal and professional growth. This is followed on by Kirsteen Kett at Aon, who will focus on concerns around the reorganisation and changes to how local authorities are structured and organised.
After lunch we break out into risk and insurance sessions. Session 3a is an Insurance Policy Game, hosted by Marsh's Gavin Dawkins and Chris Webber. For 3b, Sandra McGinnis at JCAD will present on Power BI: Risk reporting.
Session 4a, Tackling fraud in an evolving landscape will be hosted by Mike Richards and Paul Wheeler at Zurich Municipal, whilst session 4b will see Henry Bermingham present on The risk of trees.
Rounding up the day, Peter Andrews will look at practical steps that individuals can take to prepare for and manage change, taking control of uncertainties and exploiting opportunities in every day work challenges.
